SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Born in Wichita, Kansas, Mr. Kerr was admitted to the Colorado bar in
1967. Mr. Kerr has extensive experience
in fidelity, surety, and financial institution bond claims and litigation. For 20 years, he served as Regional Bond
Claims Attorney for a leading domestic carrier in that industry. He currently performs similar regional functions for another multi-line
carrier. He also serves as National
Claims Monitoring Counsel for a Colorado-based captive insurer which covers a
significant section of the financial institution
market.
Mr. Kerr has extensive experience in directors' and
officers' liability insurance, representation of creditor interests in
bankruptcy and in all phases of construction.
He is a past Vice Chairman of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the ABA Tort
and Insurance Practice Section.
