     Martindale-Hubbell - AV Rated.  Admitted to practice law in all state courts in Colorado, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Nebraska, and the United States Bankruptcy  Court for the Districts  of  Colorado and Nebraska.  Emphasis, civil  litigation for the past 22 years with experience in mediations, arbitrations, jury and bench trials, and appeals.  Areas of practice: Commercial Litigation;  Fidelity & Surety Law;  Construction Litigation;  Creditors' Rights; Agriculture; Banking; and Bankruptcy. In addition to handling cases and appeals in all Colorado courts, Mr. Bartlett has supervised and controlled litigation in Utah, California, Nebraska, Iowa and Washington.
