SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Ms.
Anderson’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation,
product liability and employment law. Prior to joining Kerr Brosseau
Bartlett O’Brien, Ms. Anderson practiced litigation with the Denver
branch of a national law firm, emphasizing labor and employment law.
She has successfully first chaired bench and jury trials. She has
practiced before numerous courts and administrative agencies throughout
Colorado and the intermountain west. Ms. Anderson has also represented
clients in mediations, arbitrations, and contract negotiations. Prior to
settling in Colorado, she practiced insurance defense, employment law and
product liability law in Northern New Jersey.
